As a undergrad, Danielle did an internship with the Holocaust Education Resource Council of the Big Bend. Part of her duties included writing essays for their monthly newsletter. You can read one such article here, here, or here.
Danielle was very fortunate to have the tutelage of Dr. Nathan Stoltzfus as both an undergraduate and graduate student at Florida State University. She served as his research assistant for several semesters and was his TA for two courses. Dr. Stoltzfus also served as Danielle’s Major Professor during her graduate studies. He kindly acknowledged her in one of his books, Hitler’s Compromises: Coercion and Consensus in Nazi Germany, which you can check out here.
The Georgia Association of Historians hosted their 2019 Conference in Columbus, Georgia. Danielle presented as part of the Gender & European History panel. She presented her research, “‘Doing a Real Job’: The Evolution in Women’s Roles in British Society Through Governmental Propaganda, 1914-1945.” You can check out the program here.
